We operate the largest organic indoor mushroom farm in the Midwest. Our 25,000 square foot facility, is equipped with:

a 40 ft. autoclave (which sterilizes 10,000 pounds of block & spawn in one cook),

positive-pressured cleanrooms and,
-
HEPA filtration throughout the complex.
Our block and spawn production have contamination rates of less than 0.5% (one-half of one percent).
Due to our high-volume production, we can offer block & spawn at appealing prices.
We will size any order, including orders based on customer requests.
Choose from more than 20 strains in our culture bank or provide a sample and our mycologists will culture it in the lab.
